1. High precision equipment, such as Roder CNC, Charmilles EDM and wire EDM. Has total 11 CNC, 15 EDM, 5 wire EDM machines, 8 Grinding and 10 Milling machines.
2. Max mould size up to 2500mm, in house moulding machine from 45T to 1000T.
3. In house design software: Pro/e, UG,AutoCAD,Catia and Mold flow. Has total tooling 16 designers.
4. High effective project management team to ensure on time delivery. Project Gant-chart share to customer. Has weekly update with clear pictures of every tool.
5. Adopt imported high-quality mold steel, H13, S136, 1.2344, S7, D2, 718H, NK80, P20.
6. Standard tool life guarantee is 1 million shots, each core and cavity adopt independent cooling system, which brings high productivity.
7. Monthly capacity: 80 molds. Tooling lead time from 4 to 12 weeks, base mould size and complexity.
8. Original components and material base on customer requirement, has long relationship with supplier: Hasco, DME, Syventive, Mould master, Staubli, Assab, Auberto&Duval, Mitsubishi Steel, Brushwellman, Saarstahl and Alcoa.
